Dispatch
We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of order, but typically 1 to 2 days. Please note that dispatch of custom jewellery orders may take slightly longer but do contact us if your order is required urgently.
All of our jewellery will be supplied in an Indigo Silver branded presentation box.
Delivery
We offer the following delivery options at checkout - please note that Royal Mail First Class delivery can occasionally experience delays at Christmas time, so we suggest selecting Tracked 24 if tracked guaranteed delivery is essential:

International Delivery
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept orders from outside of the UK.
Returns
We understand that it's not always easy to get it right first time when buying online, so please do contact us immediately if for any reason you are not completely happy.
If you do wish to return or exchange an item, then please contact us within 30 days of order receipt - extended to 25th January 2025 for orders placed between 1st November and 24th December 2024. Once your return request has been acknowledged, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to print and attach to your package. You will then have 7 days to return your item to Indigo Silver, 122 Kings Road, Fleet, Hampshire UK, GU51 3DU. If you do not have a printer please let us know and the return package can be taken to a Royal Mail Delivery Office and they will print the label. You will need to retain a proof of postage.
Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and using the original packaging.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will acknowledge receipt and confirm approval of your refund by email. A credit will then be issued to your original method of payment, typically within 5 working days (subject to usual banking process).
You may also request an exchange for an alternative item. A refund or request for additional payment will be issued where the alternative item is priced differently to the original item.
Alterations
If you wish to have an item altered, then please contact us first for assistance as not all items can be altered.
We will generally not charge for alterations, but you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item valued at more than £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. On completion of the alteration, we will return the item to you free of charge.
Bespoke Items
Please get in touch if you would like us to make something bespoke. Whether it be a small alteration of a piece or something uniquely designed - we are always happy to help. Please allow longer for these to be made and sent. We will send a photo of the finished piece for your approval before sending. With this in mind we cannot issue a refund on bespoke work - but will issue a credit note valid for 6 months.
